Hoffsteder throws a hook to the side of Kirk's head but Kirk sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hoffsteder is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kirk had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

Hoffsteder sizes up Kirk with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Kirk scores with a hook to the body. Hoffsteder takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
