The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDoughe slips under a jab from Moore.
McDoughe ducks under a wild hook from Moore.
Moore sets himself, and McDoughe steps forward looking for the clinch! Moore avoids it this time.
Les Moore seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Moore.
McDoughe tries to counter with a clinch but Moore shakes him off and moves away.
Horrible takedown attempt by Moore or perhaps it was just good defense by McDoughe, which made it look bad.

Moore fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. McDoughe sprawls well initially but Moore persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

McDoughe is refusing to be controlled, as Moore sits in half guard.
McDoughe is concentrating on defense, preventing Moore from advancing position.
Moore prevents McDoughe from standing back up.
McDoughe wants to improve his position but Moore is controlling well.
Moore is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Moore will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
McDoughe really wants to buck Moore off and get back to his feet.
