It looks like Rafe Mundy has been cut.
Velnart drives through and clinches with Mundy against the cage.
Mundy is trying to break the clinch but Velnart has him pressed against the cage.
Velnart prevents Mundy from breaking the clinch.
Mundy tries to break the clinch but Velnart is controlling the position.
Velnart breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Mundy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Velnart.
Velnart feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Mundy sprawling to the canvas! Mundy rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Velnart finish him?!
Mundy is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Velnart connects with a superb combination that knocks Mundy out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Velnart before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Mundy!
