Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mike Perry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Keyser Soze (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Keyser Soze was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Perry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Keyser Soze!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Franklyn Lucas and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soze misses with a left hand
and Perry cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Perry keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Soze throws a leg kick which misses Perry's front leg but catches the back leg as Perry tries to avoid it.
Soze misses the shot to the body.
Perry staying out of range there.
Perry lands a glancing blow to the side of Soze's head.
A big right from Soze misses.
Perry uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Soze.
Soze misses with a body shot
and Perry counters with a nice uppercut.
Perry doesn't manage to clinch there - Soze circles away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Soze circles away from the clinch attempt
and Soze makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.

Perry drives through and clinches with Soze against the cage.
Soze doesn't land with the attempted body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Perry lands on the inside with an uppercut.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Perry.
Perry tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Soze breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Perry closes the distance but Soze moves to the side
and Soze counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Soze has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Perry finds it's way round the side to connect with Soze's head.

Perry gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

Soze's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Perry tries to clinch up.
Soze looks to throw the jab but Perry is out of range.
Perry throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Soze's coach down at ICON TOP TEAM was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Soze's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Mike Perry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Soze throws a combination that misses
and Perry counters with a nice uppercut.
A telegraphed right hand from Soze misses the target.
Perry looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Perry connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Perry jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Perry catches Soze with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Soze is rocked!
Perry throws an overhand right that drops Soze like a sack of potatoes! Perry dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
