Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, George St Peters!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hunter Curtis!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Peters is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Curtis fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
George St Peters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Curtis bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Curtis looks to land a combination but St Peters avoids it well.
The fighters circling - Curtis throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Curtis throws a lazy head kick
enabling St Peters to counter with a crisp jab.


It looks like Hunter Curtis has been cut.
Curtis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and St Peters counters with a nice body kick.
St Peters defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Curtis.
George St Peters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hunter Curtis.
Curtis moves out of range of the body kick from St Peters.
St Peters definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Curtis walks forward, straight into a front kick from St Peters.
Curtis looks winded!
St Peters scores with a nice right hand.
St Peters moves into range and connects with a jab.
St Peters's corner calls for a 1-2. St Peters obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
St Peters tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
St Peters stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

That's one minute gone in the round.
St Peters steps in with a hook that catches Curtis right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! St Peters follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Curtis looks absolutely devastated.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). George St Peters!
George St Peters bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
