The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Squarepants rushes Cambridge and presses him up against the cage.

Cambridge breaks the clinch.
Cambridge shoots for a double leg takedown but Squarepants sprawls well. He's pushed Cambridge's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Squarepants is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Cambridge has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Squarepants avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Squarepants wants to lay and pray for a moment but Cambridge keeps working.
Cambridge tries to buck Squarepants off but Squarepants is having none of it.

You can see the frustration on Cambridge's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Squarepants tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily.

Cambridge tries to bench press Squarepants off him but Squarepants keeps the position.
Squarepants wants to control but Cambridge is keeping him busy.
Squidward Squarepants overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

Squarepants is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Cambridge looks calm but he's in trouble here. Squarepants gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Cambridge is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Squarepants lets go of the hold and Cambridge can pop his arm back in it's socket.
