The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Odom ducks under a wild hook from Merciianaa.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Merciianaa appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Rocky Merciianaa is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Odom shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Merciianaa counters with a low kick, right behind Odom 's knee.

As Merciianaa looks to move away, Odom throws a big counter combo but Merciianaa just gets out of the way.
Odom looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Merciianaa is fending him off so far but Odom persists. Nope, Merciianaa circles away and we're back to standing.
Odom stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Merciianaa.
