Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Rodri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jefferasjeri Lopasderfca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jefferasjeri Lopasderfca will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shigeki Fujiwara and Kenichi Hosakawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopasderfca has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Rodri.
Lopasderfca is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Rodri stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Lopasderfca swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Rodri has Lopasderfca pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rodri pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Lopasderfca tumbling to the mat - Rodri dives into Lopasderfca's guard.

Lopasderfca shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rodri defends it nicely.

Rodri changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Rodri feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

A right-left combo lands from Lopasderfca.
Lopasderfca tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Rodri manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Rodri stalks Lopasderfca and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Lopasderfca's face. Lopasderfca staggers backwards, shaken.

It looks like Jefferasjeri Lopasderfca has been cut.
