Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Stan Marsh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tallis Vidar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Matti Vanhoillinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vidar tries to bum rush Marsh with a series of wild strikes but Marsh uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Marsh tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Vidar manages to circle out of the way.
Vidar punishes Marsh's body with a nice straight punch.
Nice shot lands for Vidar.
Vidar lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Vidar throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Vidar scores with a takedown into Marsh's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Marsh is on top in guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Marsh trying to control the position from guard on top but Vidar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Marsh is fighting to break Vidar's control of his arms but Vidar is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Marsh wants to get up but he can't break Vidar's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Marsh tries to stand but Vidar is controlling from the bottom.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Marsh takes a jab right on the kisser.
Vidar closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Vidar is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Vidar is trying to control. Marsh wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Vidar lands a nice short elbow.

Vidar working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Marsh looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Vidar! Submission of the night perhaps?
