The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Somchai scores with a leg kick.
Somchai tries to score with a low kick but Cooper moves his leg out of the way.
Decent striking displayed by Somchai there.
Nice defenses there by Cooper.
Somchai uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cooper has time to react.
A clash of legs there as Cooper blocks the low kick.
Cooper steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Somchai.
Somchai tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Somchai throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Somchai misses with an uppercut. Cooper saw that one coming.
Somchai thows a leg kick but Cooper checks it
and Cooper cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Cooper counters with a lovely straight right hand!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cooper just misses with a punch to the body.
Somchai swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Somchai thumps Cooper with a low kick.
Cooper checks the leg kick nicely there.

Somchai connects with a solid leg kick.

Cooper has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Somchai.
Somchai catches Cooper napping and cracks him with a perfect head kick! Cooper goes down! He's bigtime hurt! He's not going to make it back to his feet - the referee has called it off! This one is all over!

A less than humble Veera Yut Somchai misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
