The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dango looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Boyd slips under a jab from Dango.
Boyd ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dango moves away.
Dango moves out of range as Boyd strikes.
Boyd tries to move into range but Dango moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Dango tries to bum rush Boyd with a series of wild strikes but Boyd uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Boyd motions for Dango to come forward. Boyd throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Dango walks into a jab.
Dango lands a jab to Boyd's midsection.
Boyd scores with a hook.

It looks like Dan Dango has been cut.
Boyd missing with a left hand there. Dango was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A combination from Dango does no damage.
Dango misses with a double jab.

Dango's corner calls for a 1-2. Dango obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Dan Dango decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
