The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lulangos throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lulangos lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Fertit drops his hands momentarily and Lulangos takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lulangos stuffs the takedown attempt from Fertit. Fertit gets slowly back to his feet.
Fertit fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Lulangos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Fertit looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lulangos is fending him off so far but Fertit persists. Nope, Lulangos circles away and we're back to standing.
Lukie Lulangos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Johnny Fertit.
Fertit takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Lulangos scores with the left hand. Fertit knows he should have avoided that one.
Fertit is rocked!
Fertit shoots in looking for a takedown. Lulangos tries to sprawl out of it but Fertit keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Lulangos manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Fertit looks gassed!
Lulangos lands with a right and another and another! Fertit is in big trouble! Lulangos lands again and this time it's lights out for Fertit! A quality knockout there for Lulangos.
