Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kassius Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Kingsley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Kingsley's choice of entrance music: Alpenglow (instrumental) - Nightwish. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kassius Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Kingsley!
The judges for this bout are Wesley Smith, Daniel Franklin and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Halo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Kingsley is fending him off so far but Halo persists. Nope, Kingsley circles away and we're back to standing.
Kingsley dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Halo. That did some damage!
Halo fails in his attempt to clinch.
James Kingsley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Halo tries to clinch up but Kingsley circles away and keeps his distance.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Halo.
Kingsley shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Halo sprawls well. Halo wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kingsley gets slowly back to his feet.

Halo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kingsley paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Kingsley changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Halo has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

A looping hook to the body misses from Kingsley. Halo does a little dance to reset his feet.

Halo gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Kingsley got a little sloppy there for a moment and Halo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Kingsley has managed to get both his arms back between Halo's legs - danger averted.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Halo working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kingsley doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Kingsley manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Kingsley is working Halo over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Kingsley is looking to work some ground and pound but Halo has wrist control.

Halo isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Kingsley stacks Halo on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Kingsley!

Halo shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Halo tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Kingsley manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Kingsley looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Halo with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Halo wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Kingsley is now in half guard.
Kingsley lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Kingsley lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Kingsley softens up his opponent with a couple of shots there and then CRACK! One massive shot lands there and Halo is out cold! Kingsley jumps to his feet and celebrates on the cage with the fans, who are, quite frankly, going absolutely mental!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Kingsley!
