Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Willard Pace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Filip Pejic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pejic has chosen Dolazak Hrvata as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pejic tries to clinch but Pace is having none of it.
Pace quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
Pejic throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

and Pace counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Pace.
Pejic pushes Pace off and scrambles back to his feet.
Pace really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

The fighters are working up against the cage. Pejic manages to wriggle his way back to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched against the cage.
Pejic gets control of Pace's arms and successfully pulls guard. Pejic will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
