Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jesus of Nazareth (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Takumi Gunma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). of Nazareth comes to the ring accompanied by oh la naw. Takumi Gunma will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gunma bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.

Gunma tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Gunma has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Gunma tries to advance to mount but of Nazareth denies him.
Gunma is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
of Nazareth regains half guard there - taking advantage of Gunma's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
of Nazareth is refusing to be controlled, as Gunma sits in half guard.

Gunma is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and of Nazareth defends it well.

Gunma frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
of Nazareth is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

Gunma wants to take of Nazareth's back but he can't do it this time.

Gunma has control of of Nazareth's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and of Nazareth regains control of the situation pretty easily.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Gunma accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Gunma sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed of Nazareth's guard.
Gunma thows a huge punch but of Nazareth dodges it nicely.

Gunma tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but of Nazareth swivels and escapes.

of Nazareth shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Gunma's guard.

Gunma changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. of Nazareth tries to avoid it but Gunma manages to keep hold of a leg and drag of Nazareth to the ground. of Nazareth escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Gunma escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. of Nazareth gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
of Nazareth is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Gunma.

Gunma is looking for a choke. of Nazareth gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. of Nazareth manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.
