Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kalam Mekhar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaaron Cent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mekhar's entrance music is 80 Kidz - Alt A. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Mekhar finds it's way through Cent's defenses.
Cent fails with a takedown attempt.
Mekhar throws a right and a left that both miss.
Cent should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Mekhar scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Mekhar connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
A punch combination from Mekhar misses.
Cent shoots in for a double leg but Mekhar sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Mekhar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cent moves away.
Mekhar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Cent stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Mekhar throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Cent will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kalam Mekhar has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jaaron Cent.

Cent throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Mekhar's waist but Mekhar gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cent off to one side.
Mekhar lands with a big left! Cent is wobbled badly! Mekhar comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Cent to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
