Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Frijdrich Van Dusten!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Randy Cano!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Paul Tew and Colin Fotheringham.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Dusten tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Cano tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Van Dusten throws a series of punches but Cano moves out of range.
Van Dusten misses with a body kick.

Cano has managed to clinch.

Van Dusten turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Van Dusten manages to end up in side control.

Cano bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!
This has been an exciting period of action!

and Cano counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Cano is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Frijdrich Van Dusten.
I think Cano has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Randy Cano wins by unanimous decision!

Randy Cano decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Frijdrich Van Dusten spoke after the fight, saying 'I need to work more to reach that man's level. This isn't by any means, over.'.
