Nowakowski tries to sprawl but Birch drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Nowakowski pushes Birch off looking to stand but Birch dives back in and keeps control.
Birch is nestled in close to Nowakowski, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
