Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Scott Galbraith!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Aleksandr Martynov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richmond tries to close the distance and clinch but Galbraith swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Galbraith closes the distance and pushes Richmond back into the cage.

Galbraith jumps guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Galbraith trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!
Galbraith looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Galbraith is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Galbraith is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Richmond defends well.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Galbraith.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!


Richmond throws a sloppy head kick and Galbraith moves out of range easily.
Galbraith lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Richmond gets caught napping as Galbraith dives in and scores a takedown. Richmond manages to retain guard.

Galbraith stands up and we're back to a striking position.

Galbraith throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Richmond was covering up waiting for the punch and Galbraith finishes the takedown easily into guard.
