Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kylar Sensei!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Alexei Berdnikov!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Alan Glass and Robert Twigg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by Sensei. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Sensei.

Sensei has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Valhalla MMA in the buildup to the fight.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Berdnikov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sensei has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Berdnikov has managed to get both his arms back between Sensei's legs - danger averted.
Sensei is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Berdnikov got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sensei has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Berdnikov has managed to get both his arms back between Sensei's legs - danger averted.

Kylar Sensei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Berdnikov takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Sensei lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

A nice side step and Berdnikov releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Sensei, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
