Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chad Richards!
The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Dean Styles and Joseph Jones.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Richards gets caught flat footed, as Jensen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Jensen postures up in Richards's guard and throws a big left but Richards blocks it.

Jensen stands up from Richards's guard - Jensen perhaps looking for a knockout.
Jensen doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Richards counters with a three punch combo that has Jensen backing up. Jensen nods at Richards to acknowledge the strikes.

Jensen decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Jensen tries to pass the half guard into mount. Richards knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Richards manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Jensen keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Jensen is breathing heavily.
Richards lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Richards lands a nice shot to the body.

Richards scores with a knee to the head.

Jensen is rocked!
Richards gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Oh Jensen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Richards scores a nice knee to the body.
Richards jerks Jensen's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Jensen drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Richards goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Richards because Jensen was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
