Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ty Webb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ricardinho Pfeifer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Webb's entrance music is I'm Alright. A fine choice. Webb has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pfeifer feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Webb is looking to sweep but instead, Pfeifer has passed into half guard.
Webb is breathing heavily.
Webb has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Pfeifer is working away from the top position though.
Pfeifer wants to stand but Webb has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
Webb throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Pfeifer is keen to just control but Webb is a slippery customer.
Pfeifer wants to pass to mount but Webb is defending the position.
Pfeifer working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Pfeifer tries to stand but his arm is trapped.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Webb has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Pfeifer is trying to keep an underhook but Webb manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Webb shoots and misses

and Pfeifer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Pfeifer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Webb is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Pfeifer is controlling him.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Webb is looking for a triangle but Pfeifer pushes his legs off easily.

Pfeifer is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Pfeifer tries to improve his position but Webb has taken his back! Webb has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Pfeifer tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Webb pushes Pfeifer away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
