Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Pfeifer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rickson Fujitsu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gabriel Pfeifer looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujitsu looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Pfeifer is fending him off so far but Fujitsu persists. Nope, Pfeifer circles away and we're back to standing.
Fujitsu circles away from the clinch attempt.
Fujitsu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
No joy there for Fujitsu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Pfeifer tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
A head kick by Pfeifer misses
and Fujitsu counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
Pfeifer is breathing heavily.
Fujitsu fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
No luck for Fujitsu with that takedown attempt.
Gabriel Pfeifer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rickson Fujitsu.
Fujitsu tries to close the distance and clinch but Pfeifer swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Fujitsu moves into range and clinches up with Pfeifer.
Fujitsu has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pfeifer avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Fujitsu jumps guard and drags Pfeifer to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Fujitsu working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pfeifer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Fujitsu is tightening it up a little... Pfeifer has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Pfeifer reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Pfeifer taps out! nice BJJ there by Fujitsu!
