Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mel Kramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tommy Halery (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mel Kramer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Halery!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Steven Brown and Chris Edwards.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kramer doesn't manage to clinch there - Halery circles away.
Halery avoids the head kick by Kramer.

Halery drives through with a takedown into Kramer's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
Halery is standing up over Kramer. Kramer looks to escape but Halery dives into side control.

We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Halery has eaten all the pies!
Halery is putting a hurting on Kramer here, landing some big shots from side control.

Halery has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Halery fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Kramer, pushing him back against the cage.

Halery turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!

Kramer bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!

Kramer misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Halery.
Kramer will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Halery up against the cage.

Halery manages to pull guard.
Halery manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kramer manages to get himself to full guard.

Halery slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Kramer avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Halery trying to control the position from guard on top but Kramer is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Halery is looking to work some ground and pound but Kramer has wrist control.
Kramer has control of Halery's left arm, preventing Halery from doing any damage.

And Halery tries to counter it with a takedown but Kramer pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Kramer is trying to maintain the position but Halery is very close to passing his half guard.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kramer is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Halery is keen to just control but Kramer is a slippery customer.

Halery wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kramer keeps working.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Kramer is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Halery shoots in for a takedown and gets it.

Tommy Halery showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Halery throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kramer.

Halery rushes Kramer and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Halery lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Kramer tries to kick Halery off in order to stand up. Halery Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control.
Kramer pushes Halery away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Halery gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Kramer tries to bench press Halery off him but Halery keeps the position.
Halery tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.

Halery throws some wild stikes that Kramer manages to avoid easily.
Kramer wants to hold on but Halery pushes him away.
Kramer is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.
Kramer is squirming around, avoiding Halery's attempts to control the action.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Halery can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Kramer is looking to escape.

Halery wants to control the pace but Kramer is squirming around nicely.

Halery goes for an armbar but Kramer turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Kramer.

Halery lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Tommy Halery comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Halery has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
