Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Moss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steve Palacios (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moss comes to the cage accompanied by "Puppet" - Thousand Foot Krutch. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palacios fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Moss fails in his attempt to clinch.
Moss is looking to clinch but Palacios is avoiding it.
Moss throws a head kick but Palacios moves out of range.
Palacios keeps the fight on the outside.
Palacios looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Moss pushes Palacios up against the cage in a clinch.
Moss misses with a knee to the head.
Moss gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Palacios.

Palacios is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Moss doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Palacios.

Palacios is working for a kimura here but Moss manages to reverse the position and he's now in Palacios's guard.

Palacios looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Moss passes into side control.

Palacios drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Palacios goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Moss has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Palacios but great work by Moss.

Palacios is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Moss stalling away here and it's allowed Palacios to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.

Moss fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Palacios.

Palacios throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Moss escapes and throws Palacios's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Palacios is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Palacios bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!

That was a close second round but I would say that Brian Moss will probably get the nod.

Palacios has his foot on Moss's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Moss works his way back into a safe position though.
