Gomaz has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Schwarzeneg can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Schwarzeneg shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Schwarzeneg was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Schwarzeneg drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Schwarzeneg jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Gomaz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Schwarzeneg doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Schwarzeneg manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Schwarzeneg wants the takedown. Gomaz is fighting it off but Schwarzeneg persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Gomaz's guard against the cage.
Schwarzeneg gets to his feet. Gomaz looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Schwarzeneg instigates a clinch.
Schwarzeneg has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Gomaz clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
Schwarzeneg throwing damaging strikes from the back! Gomaz could be in trouble here!
Gomaz is being controlled on the ground here - he must escape this position otherwise surely the end is near.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Schwarzeneg working from the back looking to end the fight with a rear naked choke. Gomaz is doing well to defend. Schwarzeneg seems to have got his hand under the chin though and he's sunk the choke in! Gomaz is forced to tap and this one is over!
