Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Frank Wahgwan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Orlando Nunez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nunez has chosen I Gotta Feeling by The Black Eyed Peas as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wahgwan tries to sprawl but Nunez drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Wahgwan has his hands clasped together around Nunez's back. He's all about the action.
Nunez trying to control from Wahgwan 's half guard. Wahgwan has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nunez is fighting to break Wahgwan 's control of his arms but Wahgwan is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Wahgwan is on top in guard.

Nunez not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nunez thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
Wahgwan slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Wahgwan seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Nunez for as long as he can get away with.

Nunez fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Wahgwan sprawls well initially but Nunez persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Wahgwan has his foot on Nunez's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nunez works his way back into a safe position though.

Nunez is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Wahgwan is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Wahgwan has escaped and now he's on top!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Nunez drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

Nunez leaves Wahgwan with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Wahgwan drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Nunez gets the underhooks and prevents it.
