The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz shoots in looking for a takedown. Blyer tries to sprawl out of it but Ortiz keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Blyer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Blyer displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.

It looks like Tito Ortiz has been cut.
Blyer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Tito Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Blyer pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Ortiz drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Blyer gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Ortiz is trying to drag Blyer to the mat but Blyer just about manages to keep his footing. He used the ropes to his advantage there.
A short body shot lands from Blyer as the two fighters clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Blyer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Blyer stuns Ortiz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Ortiz is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Blyer.
Blyer is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Ortiz hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!
