Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 38 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Tommy Cottero!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wrestling jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Cottero takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Cottero connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
I Know Wrestling is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cottero connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Cottero delivers a nice body kick.
Cottero throws a front kick that sends Wrestling stumbling back into the cage.
Wrestling throws a series of punches but Cottero avoids them all with ease.

Wrestling throws a right and a left that Cottero avoids nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

I Know Wrestling dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Cottero drives through and clinches with Wrestling against the cage.
Wrestling wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Cottero has him pressed against the cage.
Wrestling's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!

Cottero will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Wrestling up against the cage.

Cottero lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wrestling gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Cottero seems keen to control Wrestling's posture.
Wrestling working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Cottero's head.

Cottero controls Wrestling momentarily but Wrestling frees himself.
Cottero has control of Wrestling's left arm, preventing Wrestling from doing any damage.
Cottero has a closed guard, preventing Wrestling from standing up.
Wrestling is fighting to break Cottero's control of his arms but Cottero is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Wrestling wants to control from the top but Cottero keeps moving.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Wrestling chips away with some ground and pound.
Cottero controls Wrestling momentarily but Wrestling frees himself.
Wrestling content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Wrestling with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Wrestling distracts Cottero with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Wrestling accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Wrestling scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

Cottero has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Wrestling should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Cottero has tightened it up now! Wrestling should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
