Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Devil Anse Hatfield (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Samart Payakaroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payakaroon is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: My Balls and My Word - Geto Boys. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatfield tries to score a power double leg takedown but Payakaroon sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Hatfield somewhat.
Hatfield doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Payakaroon working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That was a close round but I would say that Devil Anse Hatfield will probably get the nod.

Well Payakaroon has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
