Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Zeus Leonidas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kylla Ei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kylla Ei will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Leonidas lands with a thumping leg kick.
Leonidas throws a head kick that misses.
Ei wants to counter with a clinch but Leonidas pushes him away.
Ei tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Ei fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Leonidas throws a body kick, spinning off balance
and Ei counters with a three punch combo that has Leonidas backing up. Leonidas nods at Ei to acknowledge the strikes.

We've been hearing reports that Leonidas has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Ei tries to kick Leonidas off but Leonidas keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Leonidas is taking a breather. Ei says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Leonidas sets himself, and Ei steps forward looking for the clinch! Leonidas avoids it this time.
A cross from Ei lands.
Ei buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ei closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Ei darts in and clinches Leonidas up against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Leonidas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Ei.
Leonidas can't get the takedown.
Ei lands on the inside with an uppercut.

It looks like Zeus Leonidas has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ei is pressed up against the cage. Leonidas has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Ei down to the mat. Ei avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Leonidas feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Eis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Leonidas jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Leonidas cracks Ei with an open hand slap.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ei.
Ei does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Ei throws a push kick but Leonidas slaps the foot to one side.

Ei misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Leonidas goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Ei rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Leonidas's guard! Nice work there by Ei!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Ei got a little sloppy there for a moment and Leonidas has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ei has managed to get both his arms back between Leonidas's legs - danger averted.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Leonidas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ei controls the pace.

Ei stands up and waves to Leonidas to follow him.
Leonidas misses with a straight left.
Ei swings for the body but Leonidas moves out of range.
Leonidas is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Zeus Leonidas.
I think Leonidas has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Zeus Leonidas rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
