The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab lands there for Pavelic.
Pavelic misses with a leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Pavelic.
Nascimento misses with a right hand
and Pavelic counters with a straight right hand.
Pavelic takes one on the button.
Nascimento slips a jab from Pavelic.
Pavelic cracks the inside of Nascimento's front leg.
Pavelic tries to clinch but Nascimento moves out of range.
Pavelic tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Good work by Nascimento as he checks the leg kick.
Pavelic misses with a head kick.
Nascimento avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Pavelic ducks right into an uppercut from Nascimento.
Pavelic misses the shot to the body.
An attempted straight right counter from Nascimento misses the target.
Pavelic throws the left hand but Nascimento avoids the punch easily.
Nascimento jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Pavelic lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

Nascimento cracks Pavelic with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Nascimento has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Pavelic to stand back up!

It looks like Ante Pavelic has been cut.
That kick from Pavelic tenderised Nascimento's leg. Nascimento is trying to keep his angry face on.

Nascimento lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Pavelic is rocked!
Pavelic rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Nascimento counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
