Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Quick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bato Dela Rosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bato Dela Rosa told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Dela Rosa throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Quick.
Quick shoots in looking for a takedown. Dela Rosa tries to sprawl out of it but Quick keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Dela Rosa manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jimmy Quick is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Quick changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dela Rosa tries to avoid it but Quick manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dela Rosa to the ground. Dela Rosa escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Dela Rosa changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Quick looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Quick really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Well Dela Rosa has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
