Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tom Donowitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jax Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teller fails in his attempt to clinch.
Donowitz jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Teller throws a head kick that misses.
Donowitz uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Teller.
A lazy body kick from Teller
and Donowitz counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Teller misses the shot to the body.
Donowitz swings for the body but Teller moves out of range.
Donowitz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Teller throws out the jab.
Donowitz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Teller tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Donowitz is in Teller's guard.
Donowitz throws a strike but Teller rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Teller has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Donowitz is proving hard to escape from.

Teller stands up and waves to Donowitz to follow him.
Donowitz misses with a low kick.
A little jabbing left from Teller on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Teller slips under a jab.
Donowitz cracks Teller with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Donowitz throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Teller on the side of the head.
Teller stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Donowitz.
Donowitz lands an overhand right.
A telegraphed right hand from Teller misses the target.
Teller ducks under a wild hook from Donowitz.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Donowitz throws a hook to the side of Teller's head but Teller sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Donowitz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Teller tries to avoid it but Donowitz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Teller to the ground. Teller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Teller swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Donowitz chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Teller can pounce on him.
Teller stuns Donowitz with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Donowitz counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Donowitz misses with a body kick.
Donowitz lands with a straight right. Teller didn't see that one coming.
Donowitz motions for Teller to come forward. Donowitz throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Teller feints a counter leg kick.
Donowitz looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Donowitz gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Teller.
Donowitz throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Donowitz digs a good hook to Teller's body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Donowitz.

Teller throws the left hand but Donowitz avoids the punch easily.
Donowitz thows a left - swing and a miss!
A nice side step and Teller releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Tom Donowitz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Donowitz dips to his left and cracks Teller with an uppercut!
Donowitz takes a swing at Teller's ribcage but misses.
Teller steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Donowitz.
Jax Teller is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Teller has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Donowitz.
Donowitz misses with a head kick.
Teller throws a body kick that misses
and Donowitz counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Donowitz misses with a body shot.
Teller is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Donowitz with a body shot.
Teller tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Donowitz was well out of range. Poor timing from Teller.

Donowitz lands a nice leg kick that just misses Teller's sensitive parts.

Teller lands with an uppercut that bounces Donowitz off the cage and back into range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Teller scores with a hook to the body. Donowitz takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Donowitz slips under a jab.
Donowitz gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Donowitz tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Teller is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Donowitz buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Donowitz!! Donowitz is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Teller throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jax Teller!
