Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ethan Wilson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Julian Richardson!
The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richardson lands a nice looking body shot.
Wilson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Richardson as he jumps to the side.
Richardson replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Wilson blocks it well.
Wilson throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Richardson counters with a lovely shot to the body.
A nice leg kick lands there from Richardson.
Richardson lands with a slapping head kick.
Richardson ducks under a wild hook from Wilson.
Wilson tries to land a body kick
and Richardson counters with a good, hard body kick but Wilson shrugs it off.
Wilson is breathing heavily.
Richardson throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Wilson.
Wilson has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Richardson.

Wilson forces Richardson back against the cage and clinches.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Richardson manages to break the clinch.
Wilson takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Richardson blocks a head kick by Wilson.
Richardson thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Wilson if he has to take too many more of those.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Richardson lands a big head kick that sends Wilson tumbling to the mat! Richardson takes a step backwards and waves Wilson back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Wilson is rocked!
Richardson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Oh Wilson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wilson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Richardson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Wilson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
A punch lands to the side of Wilson 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Julian Richardson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Richardson lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Wilson up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Richardson from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Wilson's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
