Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rick Rendoz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michael Simpson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Rendoz might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to 4. She - Tyler, The Creator feat. Frank Ocean (Goblin). Simpson has chosen Burzum - Key To The Gate as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rendoz tries to sprawl but Simpson drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Rendoz keeping hold of Simpson's head, controlling as best he can.
Rendoz tries to get to full guard but Simpson has control of the leg.
Simpson trying to mount his opponent but Rendoz defends it.
Simpson is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Rendoz gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Simpson lands a hook that snaps the head of Rendoz backwards.
Rendoz has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Simpson clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rendoz looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Simpson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Rendoz has control of Simpson's left arm, preventing Simpson from doing any damage.
Simpson with a nice head shot there.
Simpson is fighting to break Rendoz's control of his arms but Rendoz is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Rendoz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Simpson defends well.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Simpson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Rendoz haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Simpson's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Simpson wants to control from the top but Rendoz keeps moving.
Rendoz has his foot on Simpson's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Simpson works his way back into a safe position though.

Rendoz has Simpson pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Rendoz pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Simpson tumbling to the mat - Rendoz dives into Simpson's guard.

I would just about give that final round to Michael Simpson.
