The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
House misses with a takedown attempt
and Irving counters with a nice uppercut.
Irving lands a straight punch to the body, keeping House at a distance.
Irving throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck House on the side of the head.
House has his takedown stuffed
and Irving counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
House doesn't succeed with the takedown

Kyrie Irving has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Peter House.
Irving throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends House stumbling backwards into the cage! House bounces back off the cage towards Irving, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Irving lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Irving celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

After the fight, Kyrie Irving was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
