Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Izzy Beast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nick Zal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, John Kavanagh and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zal throws an off balance right hand
and Beast counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Beast connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Zal momentarily.
Beast fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Zal.
Zal throws a hook but Beast blocks it.
Zal misses with a hook. Beast ducked under it nicely.
A decent looking cross lands there for Beast.
Zal throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Beast counter with a right hand.
Beast swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Zal.
Nice straight punches there by Beast. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Beast.

and Beast counters with a nice leg kick.

Zal throws a lazy right hand but Beast sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Zal throws a series of punches but Beast avoids them all with ease.

Beast catches Zal with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

and Beast counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Zal badly! Beast follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Zal out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Beast finished him against the cage.
