PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Quintin Jacobs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Margot Robbie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Margot Robbie was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Robbie lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Jacobs circles away quickly and effectively.
Horrible takedown attempt by Jacobs or perhaps it was just good defense by Robbie, which made it look bad.
Jacobs throws a sloppy head kick and Robbie moves out of range easily.
A nice inside leg kick there by Robbie. That's going to slow Jacobs down.
Margot Robbie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Despite the aggression on Robbie's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Robbie lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Jacobs has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Jacobs and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

After the fight, Margot Robbie was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
