And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Eddie Gilbert!
The judges for this bout are Viktor Lagutenko, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gilbert drops Lynch with a beautiful combination! Lynch stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Gilbert is looking for the KO!


It looks like Edward Lynch has been cut.

Gilbert fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Gilbert lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Oh Lynch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lynch tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Gilbert smiles and moves away.
Gilbert lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Lynch up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Gilbert from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Lynch's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eddie Gilbert!
