The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deville throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sloppy strikes from Deville. Those never looked like landing.
Good standup being displayed there by Deville as he connects with a hook.
Deville throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Deville tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Mercado paws at him with a jab and circles away.
