Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lucilio Nizzola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marick Lobowsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Marick Lobowsky!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Michael Johnstone and Sandra Marshall.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lobowsky has closed the distance and engaged Nizzola in a clinch.
The referee is keeping an eye on Lobowsky - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Nizzola is trying to pull guard but Lobowsky has him pressed against the cage.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Lobowsky.
Lobowsky lands a shoulder strike.

Lobowsky breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Nizzola tries to keep at a distance but Lobowsky has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nizzola tries to throw a body punch but Lobowsky avoids it by throwing Nizzola back against the cage.

Nizzola is fighting off a takedown attempt but Lobowsky is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Nizzola to the mat. Nizzola regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

Nizzola manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Lobowsky manages to get himself to full guard.

Nizzola's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Nizzola seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lobowsky for as long as he can get away with.
Lobowsky is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Nizzola is controlling him.

Nizzola slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Nizzola has an Americana. Lobowsky didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Nizzola is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Nizzola hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
