The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Salvatierra tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Marionett swivels and escapes.

Marionett decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.

Marionett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Salvatierra. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Marionett connects with a nice short shot to Salvatierra's temple.
Oh Salvatierra is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Marionett is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Salvatierra is hurt! He's hurt bad - Marionett fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Salvatierra from any more punishment! Congratulations to Marionett! Great finish!
