Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Terrance Webster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivor Biggen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ivor Biggen was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Terrance Webster!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Ivor Biggen!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Webster shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Biggen looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Biggen keeping moving, preventing Webster from controlling successfully.

Webster thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Webster is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Webster is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Webster has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Webster advances to half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Webster is trying to control the action in half guard but Biggen is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
Biggen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Webster looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Webster controlling the action here.
Webster slips a nice elbow through Biggen's hands, connecting with Biggen's forehead.

Webster is working for a submission of some sort.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Webster keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.

Webster is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Biggen defends it well.
Still in half guard, Webster seems content to control.
Webster seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Biggen does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Webster seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Webster has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Biggen defend it? Webster steps over the head and cranks it - Biggen is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Webster!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Terrance Webster!
Terrance Webster seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
