Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Emmett Mcfadden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Pierdzioch!
The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pierdzioch closes the distance and pushes Mcfadden back into the cage.
Mcfadden is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Mcfadden keeps control of Pierdzioch as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Mcfadden tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Pierdzioch just stands there and leans against the cage.

Pierdzioch lands a takedown into guard.
Pierdzioch in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Pierdzioch wants to stand but Mcfadden is controlling his posture from full guard.
Pierdzioch not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcfadden looking to control.
Pierdzioch pushes down on Mcfadden's leg and manages to get into half guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Pierdzioch decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Mcfadden shoots for a double leg takedown but Pierdzioch sprawls well. He's pushed Mcfadden's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Pierdzioch darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Pierdzioch thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Pierdzioch takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Mcfadden is trying to control but can't.
Still in half guard, Pierdzioch seems content to control.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Pierdzioch is looking for a kimura here.
Pierdzioch keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
Pierdzioch lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Pierdzioch gets to his feet - back to striking we go!

Pierdzioch closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Mcfadden's guard.
Mcfadden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Mcfadden wants to control but Pierdzioch passes easily into half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Mcfadden is trying to control but can't.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pierdzioch throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Pierdzioch has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Mcfadden is trying to maintain the position but Pierdzioch is very close to passing his half guard.
Mcfadden is breathing heavily.
Pierdzioch is controlling the pace.
Pierdzioch's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Pierdzioch passes to side control.
Pierdzioch has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Pierdzioch punishing his opponent with strikes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Adam Pierdzioch dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!



Pierdzioch gets a takedown into half guard.
Adam Pierdzioch has got the better of the ground game so far.
Pierdzioch passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mcfadden!
Pierdzioch lands a big elbow.


Mcfadden is rocked!
Pierdzioch connects with a bit shot that sees Mcfadden covering up! More strikes from Pierdzioch and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Pierdzioch is our winner by TKO!
