Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lativ Ilram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benny Maxine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Benny Maxine!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Dirk Anderson and Daniel Franklin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ilram blocks a head kick by Maxine.
Ilram throws a big counter combination but Maxine scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Decent striking displayed by Ilram there.
Ilram lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Ilram misses with an uppercut.
And Maxine responds with a good body kick, but Ilram manages to step out the way in time.
Maxine takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A head kick from Maxine lands but Ilram takes it in his stride.
Maxine uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ilram.
A nice combination there by Ilram.
We've been hearing reports that Ilram has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Ilram's corner calls for a 1-2. Ilram obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ilram misses with an uppercut.
Maxine throws a nice inside leg kick.

Ilram is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Maxine.
Maxine throws a big counter head kick but Ilram avoids it with no problem.
Maxine scoring well with a low kick there.
Ilram lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Maxine backs up against the cage.
Maxine misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ilram.
The crowd cheers as Ilram lands an impressive looking overhand right. Maxine doesn't seem phased though.
Good leg kick by Maxine there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Ilram has a takedown stuffed.
Maxine scores with a push kick.
Sloppy strikes from Ilram. Those never looked like landing.
Maxine raises up his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.

Ilram shoots in but no luck this time.
Ilram looks to land a left hand but Maxine moved out of range nicely.
Ilram misses with a looping left.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maxine pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A left lands for Ilram.
Benny Maxine is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Ilram throws the left hand but Maxine avoids the punch easily.
Maxine feints a counter leg kick.
Ilram throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ilram misses with a right hand
and Maxine counters with a low kick, right behind Ilram 's knee.
Maxine scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Maxine doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Maxine has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

Nice uppercut lands for Ilram. That snapped Maxine's head back.
Ilram throws a lazy uppercut
and Maxine counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Maxine uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Ilram.

Maxine closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
With the fighters up against the cage, Maxine throws an elbow but misses.
Maxine prevents the takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lativ Ilram. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Maxine's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
Maxine misses with a knee strike.
Maxine lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Ilram backwards.
Ilram takes an elbow to the temple.
Maxine blocks an uppercut.
Maxine lands an elbow that stopped Ilram in his tracks for a moment.

Maxine breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Maxine lands a nice looking body kick.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ilram takes a swing at Maxine's ribcage but misses.
Ilram waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Maxine.
Ilram connects with a good right hand that stumbles Maxine. Maxine circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Maxine is rocked!
Ilram ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Maxine's jaw. Maxine's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! Ilram does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Lativ Ilram!
In his post fight interview, Lativ Ilram started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
