Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Isaias Parker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rhadny Langote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Isaias Parker!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Rhadny Langote!
The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Taro Takaoka and Yasuomi Hirokawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Langote throws a leg kick

and Parker counters with a shoot takedown. Langote fights it but they end up in guard.

Parker has gone for a leg lock! Langote slips out almost immediately though and dives into Parker's guard.

Parker seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Parker's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Parker knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Langote on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Rhadny Langote seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Langote shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

That was a close round but I would say that Isaias Parker will probably get the nod.

Parker drives through and clinches with Langote against the cage.

Langote stands and steps away. Parker gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Parker moves into range and clinches up with Langote.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

Parker ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Parker no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Parker wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Langote might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Parker haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Langote gets tackled into the cage by Parker. Parker maintains the clinch.
Langote wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Parker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Langote throws a head kick that misses.
Langote has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Parker is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Parker rushes Langote and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Parker looking for a takedown.

Parker breaks from the clinch.
Langote moves in looking to clinch but Parker pushes him off.
Parker tries to counter with a takedown but Langote is quick to defend against it.
Langote shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parker but Parker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nice takedown defense from Parker. No joy for Langote on that attempt.
Parker half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range.
Langote is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Parker tries to counter with a takedown but Langote is quick to defend against it.

Langote closes this distance looking for a takedown but Parker circles away.
Isaias Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rhadny Langote.
A low kick from Parker misses
and Langote counters with a three punch combo that has Parker backing up. Parker nods at Langote to acknowledge the strikes.
Langote doesn't manage to clinch there - Parker circles away.

Langote gets underhooks to prevent Parker's takedown attempt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Parker escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Langote tries to clinch up but Parker circles away and keeps his distance.
Langote closes the distance and clinches up with Parker, looking for a takedown. Langote pushes Parker against the cage but Parker circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Parker is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Langote can do to turn this around?
Langote shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Parker eats them both and turns towards Langote to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.


Parker is rocked!


It looks like Isaias Parker has been cut.
Langote shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Parker defends it nicely.
Oh Parker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Langote dives in for a single leg takedown but Parker sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Parker misses with a wild combination.
Langote throws a low kick but it's checked well by Parker.
Parker half committed to a counter leg kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Langote shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Parker as he jumps to the side.

Langote closes the distance looking for a takedown. Parker stuffs it but Langote still has hold of him. Langote picks Parker up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Langote slams Parker to the floor and that's really hurt Parker - he doesn't know where he is! Langote throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:13 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rhadny Langote!
