Beck is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Sepultura - Roots Boody Roots. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Beck.
Dantes doesn't manage to clinch there - Beck circles away.
Beck let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Dantes throws a looping overhand right but Beck ducks down to avoid it.

Beck has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Dantes fires out a quick counter leg kick but Beck just manages to avoid it.
Dantes gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Beck looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Oh Dantes is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dantes lands a nice leg kick that just misses Beck's sensitive parts.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Dantes checks a leg kick.
Dantes seems to have got his legs back now.
Beck takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Beck lands a big uppercut and Dantes crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dantes looks OK. Beck waves Dantes back to his feet!

Dantes gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Beck points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Dantes wakes up just in time to hear Beck thank his coaches in the post fight interview.

Hans Beck was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
