The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boyd throws a series of punches but Capwell moves out of range.
Boyd will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Boyd connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Capwell momentarily.
Capwell fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Boyd throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Capwell tumbling to the canvas!
Capwell is rocked!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Boyd arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Capwell's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sammy Boyd!
