Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Barry Allen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mohammed Qissi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Barry Allen has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Barry Allen seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dmitry Maklakov, Illya Tyunina and Igor Prikhodko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Qissi, right into the meat.
Qissi is looking to clinch but Allen is avoiding it.
Allen walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Qissi checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Qissi misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Qissi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Allen.

Qissi shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Allen pushes Qissi off and gets back to his feet.
Qissi misses with a series of wild punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Allen needs to keep his hands up - Qissi had a free shot at his head there.

Qissi closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Qissi jumps guard but Allen stands there with Qissi around his waist. Qissi gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Qissi misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Allen.

Qissi is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Allen gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Qissi creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Allen's defenses.

It looks like Barry Allen has been cut.
Allen is trying to push Qissi away but Qissi has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Allen successfully pulls guard.
Allen manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Qissi manages to get himself to full guard.

Allen throws a big right hand that misses.
Allen won't allow Qissi to get back to his feet.

Allen wants to lay and pray for a moment but Qissi keeps working.

Allen passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Qissi!
Qissi is squirming around, avoiding Allen's attempts to control the action.
Qissi is wriggling around trying to escape.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Qissi is trying to stand up.

Allen sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
A nice elbow there by Allen.
Qissi working to try and regain half guard.
Allen is landing with some decent strikes but Qissi is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Qissi tries to reverse the position but Allen maintains control.
Allen takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A punch combination from Qissi misses.
Qissi ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Qissi blocks a head kick by Allen.
Qissi throws a right hand that Allen ducks under and follows up with a left that Allen also avoids with ease.
Allen seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Allen tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Qissi defends well and Allen ends up having to push Qissi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Allen swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Qissi will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Allen shoots for a takedown but Qissi saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Qissi throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Allen.
Allen has a takedown stuffed.
Qissi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Qissi escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Qissi misses with a two punch combination.
Qissi scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Allen doesn't seem bothered though.
Allen shoots in for a double leg but Qissi sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Qissi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Allen dives in and scores a takedown into Qissi's guard.
Qissi is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Allen dives into side control.

Allen has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Qissi pushes Allen away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Allen gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
Qissi manages to work his way to half guard, despite Allen's best efforts.
Still in half guard, Allen seems content to control.

Qissi has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Allen escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Allen!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Allen is looking to take a break and control but Qissi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Allen is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Qissi has escaped the position, nice work there.

That was a close second round but I would say that Barry Allen will probably get the nod.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Qissi takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Qissi continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.
Qissi trying to control the position but instead, Allen has worked for underhooks and has pushed Qissi into the cage.
Allen tries to pull guard but Qissi won't allow it.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Qissi keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Allen's efforts to push away.

Qissi misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Qissi lands with a kick to the temple. Allen shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Allen pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Qissi is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Allen with a body shot.

Allen closes the distance and clinches up with Qissi, looking for a takedown. Allen pushes Qissi against the cage but Qissi circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Allen has hold of Qissi's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Qissi manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
